We gladly accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original form of payment.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• In their original condition

• Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or other signs of wear

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Returned within 14 days of the delivery date

 

Final Sale Items:

For health and hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are also not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll make it right. 🤍

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Halo & Vice cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
